Wind Turbine Hydraulic Pipe Clamps
Hydraulic pipe clamps in wind turbines must control vibration, pipe movement and corrosion while keeping hydraulic circuits serviceable.
Best-fit use
Nacelle hydraulics, tower feed and return lines, yaw brake circuits, pitch backup circuits and offshore hydraulic service routes.
RFQ data to prepare
- Pipe OD and wall thickness
- Pressure and fluid
- Temperature and vibration zone
- Clamp series and insert material
- Hardware, coating and documents
Why hydraulic clamps are different
Hydraulic routes carry pressure, pulsation and vibration. The clamp selection must consider insert hardness, spacing and mounting stiffness, not only pipe diameter.
DIN 3015 starting point
DIN 3015 gives a useful series framework. Wind projects usually add corrosion, documentation and vibration requirements on top of the catalogue size.
RFQ direction
Send a pipe list with OD, fluid, pressure and turbine zone. This is enough for an engineering response with series, insert and hardware recommendations.
Wind turbine hydraulic pipe clamps for nacelle, tower, yaw and pitch circuits. Specify by pipe OD, pressure, vibration, insert material and corrosion class.
