ZONE A.01 · NACELLE

Nacelle Cooling Loop

Water-glycol coolant headers circulate between the generator cold-plates, power converter and nacelle roof heat exchangers at loop temperatures from 45 °C to 70 °C. Generator and gearbox meshing excitation reaches 200 Hz — DIN 3015 cushion inserts damp vibration transmission to structure and maintain preload without creep across a 20-year service life.

ZONE B.02 · TOWER

Tower Hydraulics

Pitch-backup accumulators, yaw-brake calipers and rotor-brake circuits route stainless hydraulic lines the full height of the tower at system pressures of 160–250 bar. Twin-clamp pairs with stand-off brackets accommodate differential thermal expansion between the steel tower shell and hydraulic tubing while absorbing low-frequency tower sway.

ZONE C.03 · HUB

Pitch & Yaw Conduits

Hydraulic pitch circuits inside the rotating hub carry accumulator pressure near 200 bar and experience blade-passing excitation at 4–10 Hz with every revolution. Insulated and series-stacked DIN 3015 clamps isolate pitch conduits from signal cables and prevent fretting wear under the continuous rotating-frame load cycle.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQ
Engineering & procurement
Q.01How do I specify the correct clamp for my pipe?

Specify by pipe outer diameter (OD) — not nominal bore or NPS. Include OD, wall thickness, medium, operating temperature and pressure in your RFQ. Our engineers confirm the DIN series and insert grade in the first reply.

Q.02Are your DIN 3015 clamps interchangeable with other suppliers?

The HS, LS, TS and SO series are dimensionally standardised to DIN 3015-1 / 2 / 3. Mounting footprints and bolt patterns are interchangeable with other DIN 3015-compliant clamps.

Q.03Do you provide CAD files (STEP / IGES)?

Yes. Product-specific STEP and IGES files are available on request. Submit an engineering inquiry → with the series and OD and we will attach the files to our reply.

Q.04Are material test reports (EN 10204 3.1) available?

Material test reports per EN 10204 3.1 are available for the 316L stainless series (M-400) and can be supplied with the order. Request in the RFQ notes field.

Q.05Can you supply non-standard or custom geometries?

Yes — the EQ Engineered series covers custom geometries, special centre distances and non-standard profiles. Submit a drawing or sketch via the inquiry form; we respond on feasibility within 48 hours and can deliver samples in approximately 6 weeks from drawing approval.

Q.06What is the typical lead time for standard series?

Lead times depend on series, diameter and quantity. Please include your required delivery date in the RFQ and we will confirm stock availability and production schedule in the first reply.

Q.07Do you hold DNV or offshore type approval?

The M-400 marine series is designed to DNV ST-0126 as a design reference. Project-specific DNV type approval can be arranged on request — note this requirement in your inquiry.

Q.08How quickly do you respond to an RFQ?

We target an engineer reply within 48 hours. The first response confirms DIN reference, material grade, lead time and, where applicable, an indicative unit price. No sales templates — direct engineering reply.

All specs subject to confirmation in written quotation.
